


October 2025 Training Group Registration
We will be training for 14 weeks in preparation for the Miami Lifetime Half/Marathon/5k. Find out more and join at our upcoming trips page. Our half marathon training cycle is starting in October 19th. For 14 weeks you’ll have plans send to your email weekly, you’ll join our group where we’ll track our runs, host challenges, and keep each other on track to our goals but most of all motivated to keep it up.
No running experience needed.

Plans designed by RRCA certified coaches that consist of 2 weeks of base building, 10 weeks of building up milage, and a 2 week taper
